The Italian restaurant “Simones” is an assemblage of redesigned Italian clichés, collected and transformed with the owner: a floor as a football field, pinball tables for dining tables, a mafia table with second hand red-painted chairs, one for each family member, the opera candelabras made of rare wine glasses, Italian “picnic textiles”, etc.

The walls are stripped and kept rough and all the ingredients for food-making are exposed. The walls are decorated with photographs of customers taken by Simone and hung on clothes lines
