Providing Stavanger with a city-beach, a new urban terrace, a restaurant and a bar, this conference-hotel would upgrade one of the city's most exciting - thus neglected - areas significantly. By distributing the mass around the most important view-axes as well as splitting it vertically, Stavanger's waterside promenade would get a prominent new highlight and viewpoint.
