80 different dwelling units and housing typologies, Stavanger, 2007, Project-Team: BM, NU, RK

Four building volumes frame a central common recreational area and tie in with the local context. The volumes are designed to provide optimal sunlight within the units and terraces while also affording fjord views to the east over its building massing. An intention is the creation of contrasting housing typologies from 40 m2 one-bedroom flats to 90m2 terraced houses.A two-storey gymnasium and squash court increases the convenience of living.
