The existing development plan was a prescription for four closely situated towers. With an ocean view to the north, the main challenge lay in ensuring that each unit would benefit from thw sunleight and the oceanview. This was accomplished with undulating volumes and balconies making the most of the sun and vista.The potency of its outline and the homogeneous use of masonary materials were specially selected to withstand the cost engineering imposed by general contractors.
