Bjergsted Rise is located on an exposed site and is planned as two double-spans to achieve tall, vertical constructions that offer surprising and perspectival effects that vary with the angle of view. Each unit is oriented towards the Northern ocean view and provides two terraces, one either to the South or Southwest and one to the Northwest,with corresponding views. The terraces on the anterior block are staggered to improve light conditions at all levels. The living rooms in the posterior block have one and a half height with bedrooms on one floor. Each block is topped by two-story penthouse and a large roof terrace.
