I was born in Stavanger and have lived here most of my life.

Working as a permanent employee for various companies since 1989, I have been studying different subjects alongside. This included a survey about economy, organisation, personnel and marketing at Rogalandsmarkedhøyskole, as well as a survey on business administration.

I spent the last of several years in oil-related firms working with Hitec ASA as a staff manager. I left the oil adventure behind to start my own firm with a group of colleagues, dealing with lifestyle concepts in Stavanger. This allowed me to work with what I had been dreaming about for a long time: the clothing industry and design.

In the autumn of 2003, H&H contacted me, needing help to build up administration and economy routines in their firm. They invited me for an interview, and called me some hours later offering me the job. Since then I have been part of H&H and have been able to use my knowledge and experience to help to build up the organistation. My interest in design and architecture helped me a lot to in understanding and combining economic and admnistrational aspects with architectural processes.

After hours: family life, rebuilding our house, peaceful gardens and the sea, sports and social life.
