Exhibition “Danubian Dreams”
“Danubian Dreams” gathers five European architects and designer: Odile Decq, Peter Cook, Matali Crasset, Medusa Group and Helen & Hard who were invited to create their own “shed”. This project re-questions the issue of the shed as a primary living place, an essential habitat and proposes to re-position this notion in the 21st century.
These constructions will travel throughout Europe: at first, they will be installed and exhibited on the banks of the Danube in Bratislava, capital of one the new E.U. member, Slovakia. Then, the journey will continue with a stop in London on the banks of the Thames and a final stop in Trieste in Italy.
