Towards a synthetic architecture
From a more general perspective we aim to practice our role as architect in a catalytic and affective yet pragmatic way. We are thereby more concerned in space generating resources than architectonic identities, more interested in the spaces of possibilities than typological spaces, more curious about what we in our role as architects can do, than what this role could be. Such an intention presupposes more adaptable and experimental approach, than predefined positions and values. This becomes explicit in permanent negotiations with the demands of the market and media such as determinated production processes, predictable investments and brands easy to communicate. We see this negotiation and friction as the core of our role as architects. Instead of problematizing and polarizing we are trying to intensify and accumulate various agendas in order to evolve a synthetic yet authentic architecture that can liberate specific forms both for use and increased awareness.
